Lightening 

 at the begging of the episode in the laboratory there was the flickering lights . this might make it very scary as you can not see anything all around . it might make the audience terrified as its night and there is not any light outside , except the lights which is flickering rapidly on-and-off .  another scene was when  all came outside the house in the garage, its light flickered like twice . another scene was when will was on his bike the lights of it went and came back then out of a sudden he fell over , this might empathises that Will is in danger   . All of this flickering lights night be suggesting or trying to tell the boys a message,  frightening   and threatening them. there was also some shadows for example when will was home alone  behinds his house glass door a shadow passed also when he went to the tiny basement  when the  creature came for a second in the darkness with the lights off or flickering . this might be to frighten these characters or to tell us , the audience and influence us to go and watch it . 


Actors/ movement  

In the first scene , there was the scientist  who was running rapidly with fear  , trying to press the elevator is buttons very fast  ,  suddenly he then  got dragged up when the doors are closing , this might represent his death .  another scene  was when Will ran to the basement all alone and held the gun pointing to the door  , shaking with terror and fright . this might represent that Will was very  intimated and worried . this might tell the audience that they all are terrified  and all are in  a huge danger or trouble . 



Setting / props 

in the beginning of the sense , there was the scientist he was wearing  a suit  which we know he is a scientist.  he was in a building . another scene was  in Michelle is house  and there was also will is house in the last part , these all were as props or settings . some senses were outside too in the gloomy darkness outside night and in the woods . this might suggest  danger or frightening because its night and might be horror .  it is making  and influencing us to watch it .
