Audience Effects Theory

 1) Passive: This is the view that audiences passively take in information from the media and that these messages have the same effect on everyone.

2)Active: This is the more modern and generally accepted view that audiences interact with and make conscious choices regarding the media they consume.

3)Hypodermic Needle Theory : This is the suggestion that audiences are always passive and therefore take the intended message from the producer as if it was injected into their minds. This assumes no individual difference in audience members.

 

4)DIVERSION/ENTERTAINMENT - when we got science and technology we are able to travel ,see things around the world or anywhere else just like us now we can see all the animals  and landscapes that are all in the ocean that we have not seen or able to see and deeper down in the ocean with out even travelling or moving . 

RELATIONSHIPS -  the ocean and what is it in it affects us and this world and community as its our environment , oceans are the largest habitats on earth . also ocean or the sea can produce or change climate change and the world and environment . this is because we care about our environment, world . people and community and everyone is health . 

INFORMATION/SURVEILLANCE - media is very important for us as a whole and everyone together , this is because media helps us see and share things around the world , it could save us , tell us information we have never heard of , see things we can not or have not seen too . media it a very helpful thing it makes you feel and you are in the thing you are watching , media helps us with everything and makes us share things , it is useful in a lot of different staff . 

5) the Blue Planet and the animals in the video shows us all animals , different ones , colors , size, types and ones we have not even seen at all ! watching the clips makes us know more things about them even though we don't actually see them , it also makes us experience seeing and learning things about them . the clip makes us experience going to the journey and experience things that we can not . it makes us realize and shows us things. also all these animals and the ocean affects us , our health , and many changes around the world , also it affects our environment ,as we should care about all elements and living things because they are lives and we should take care of them and our environment .
