5) List five of Galtung & Ruge's News Values and explain how they link to the stories in our CSP edition of the Daily Mirror.

Familiarity: is it culturally close to us in Britain?                                                                                  The Royal family is clearly the main of the British culture.

Amplitude: is it a big event or one which involves large numbers of people?                                            The vaccine has effect of a large number amount of people for students , parents, and teachers specifically so they are able to go back to school.

Frequency: does the event happen fairly regularly?                                                                                    Predictability: did we expect it to happen?                                                                                                  Surprise: is it a rare or unexpected event?                                                                                              The jab and vaccination doesn't happen often and in fact it is rare and is considered as very irregular so it could be surprising and unexpected as we don't know when it might come or when through out the years.

Elite nations and people: which country has the event happened in? Does the story concern well-known people?                                                                                                                                               The Royal family was Harry and Kate out talking while William was in new Zealand. As these are also known people to the world and are including the Royal family so it might be concerning.
