1) the director have creative control in the independent cinema.they can control low budget and how the film works and everything about it because none can change anything except the director . in the Hollywood films the executive chooses how the film goes an high budget , also they can choose to have famous and known actors . 2) Daniel Blake is a 59-year-old widowed carpenter who must rely on welfare after a recent heart attack leaves him unable to work.
